SYNOPSIS FOLLOWING her recent triumph as star in the Jessie L. Lasky production of "To Have and To Hold", Miss Mae Murray, one of the most beautiful actresses on the stage and screen in America, has been selected for the title role in the Lasky-Belasco production of "Sweet Kitty Bellairs". This photoplay is founded on the comedy of the same name produced with extraordinary success some years ago by David Belasco and the Lasky company has given the screen production a vesture of great beauty and has given the star a support of exceptionally qualified players. The story of "Sweet Kitty Bellairs" concerns the famous beauty of that name who ruled the social and court life of England in the middle of the eighteenth century. The plot revolves about the successful efforts of Kitty to reconcile intimate and life long married friends between who a break is imminent on account of another woman. In the working out of her plan Kitty comes in contact with dashing young Lieutenant Verney, acted in the screen version by Tom Forman. There is plenty of action, stirring situation and exciting episode in "Sweet Kitty Bellairs" which stamped it one of the finest feature productions ever presented.
