"1812" .......... Tschaikowsky
"1812" was originally composed to be used for the consecration of the Cathedral of the Saviour in Moscow in 1880, but was not performed until 1882. The theme is based on and contains Napoleon's invasion of Russia, the burning of Moscow, etc., and contains Russian folk melodies, the "Marseillaise" and the former Russian National Hymn.

OUR POLICY

THE superior constructionof this theatre offers the combined advantage of the utmost in comfort and convenience for our patrons, and the most complete facilities for the ultra-modern presentation of pictures and the allied arts.

Music will play a major part in bringing our entertainment to a superior standard. Atmospheric prologues and musical novelties with colorful and original setting will embellish every program.

The performance will be continuous daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Our program will be changed in its entirety every Saturday.

Afternoons (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) 25c and 35c (Children 15c any seat) -- Boxes and Loges 50c
